Becoming a Funded Agency Partner with United Way
United Way of White County is committed to serving the people of White County in ways that fills gaps in service, meets unmet needs, and convenes groups to develop awareness and solutions to the community’s biggest issues.
As outlined in our 2024-2027 Strategic Plan, the three greatest needs we have identified are homelessness, mental health, and financial stability for the underemployed. We believe that strengthening families in these areas will promote a healthy community for all. To that end, requests for funding in 2025 should support a project or program you are conducting in one of these three focus areas.
The United Way Community Investment Committee will review submitted applications in the traditional time-frame (January). Applications (link to fillable PDF version below) are due no later than January 6, 2025. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered.
The Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers of United Way of White County stand ready to assist you in your funding application preparation, including providing pre-application suggestions and person-to-person meetings on how to best meet the intent of this process.
We want to be here to support the people of White County far into the future. We also want to continue to nurture and grow our long-standing partnerships while establishing new relationships in the county.
